§ 101. Mr. Simmonsasked the Minister of National Insurance if he will arrange for his local offices to issue, free of charge, duplicates of the free medical certificate supplied to National Health Service patients when these are necessary to enable patients to secure payments of benefits from friendly societies or sick clubs.
§ Mr. TurtonExtracts of National Insurance medical certificates are already supplied, free of charge, at the request of a claimant to any registered friendly society or trade union of which he is a member. My right hon. Friend would not feel justified in extending this arrangement further.
