§ Mr. R. A. ButlerThe number of Instruments made from 29th January—17th May, 1952, which were not signed by Members of Her Majesty's Government was 547. Of these, 419 were local Orders relating to such matters as diseases of animals and local government; 71 were Orders in Council, or Acts of Sederunt; and the remaining 57 were general Orders signed in accordance with established practice.
