Member refers to the discussions that have taken place with the County Councils' Association on the recommendations in the Report of the Sub-Committee on Land Drainage Legislation. This is part of a series of discussions with interested associations and I shall not be able to make any statement about the outcome until the various talks with all these bodies have been completed.
