§ Mr. NuttingNo. As I explained to the hon. Member for Attercliffe (Mr.J. Hynd) on 14th November last, we are still awaiting the decision of the arbitration, the arrangements for which were published in White Paper No. Command 8242. We expect the arbitrator's opinion to be given in August or September next.
