§ 116. Mr. Wyattasked the Secretary for Overseas Trade, as representing the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster. why the 100W collection of waste paper has ceased to be an urgent matter.
§ Mr. H. StraussThe collection of a large quantity of waste paper remains a matter of urgent national importance; but collections have recently been so successful that they have outrun the capacity of the mills to use or store all that is coming in. The mills must, therefore, reduce their intake somewhat until present stocks are reduced.
