§ 50. Mr. Alportasked the Minister of Supply what action he proposes to take to assist in the improvement of the insulation of factory buildings owned by his Department and leased to private firms in order to assist the tenants in fuel economy.
§ Mr. SandysAn experimental scheme to assist firms to improve insulation and install fuel-saving equipment was announced by my right hon. Friend the Minister of Fuel and Power on 7th March. Firms occupying factories leased from the Ministry of Supply will be eligible for loans under this scheme.
