§ Mr. DigbyWhen difficulties arise my Department gives shipbuilders all possible help to enable them to obtain their allocations of steel, both in quantity and in the required sequence. I am fully aware of the problem, and I am in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Minister of Supply on the matter.
