§ Mr. PeakeApart from National Assistance, as to which I would refer my hon. and learned Friend particularly to paragraphs 3 and 7 of the Explanatory Memorandum (Cmd. 8507) presented with the Draft National Assistance (Determination of Need) Amendment Regulations, 1952, the improvements in pensions, benefits or other allowances recently announced apply equally to tuberculous and other persons.
