§ Mr. Hoyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he has any statement to make on the recent negotiations with the fishermen's associations on the new prices of herring for oil and meal.
§ Mr. J. StuartI met representatives of the fishermen on 14th March and I am now considering further information submitted by the Herring Industry Board as a result of that meeting.
