§ 90. Mr. Hector Hughesasked the Minister of Works if he is aware that the occupation by the Ministry of Food of the requisitioned premises of the R.U.A. Club in Aberdeen is causing inconvenience to its hundreds of members; that there are other suitable premises available for the Ministry of Food; and if he will now take immediate steps to restore to the club their club premises.
§ Mr. EcclesI appreciate the inconvenience caused in many directions by the continued retention of these premises but the alternative accommodation so far considered has proved unsuitable for rehousing the staff of the Ministry of Food.
