Maxwell FyfeLegislation to provide for safeguards against the many different risks to which performers in circuses and other public entertainments voluntarily expose themselves would present great difficulties, and I doubt whether it is the most appropriate way of dealing with the matter. I am sure that the House will join with me in deprecating performances in which a real risk to human life is regarded as an attraction
