§ Mr. SandysThe steel, of which there will be 800,000 tons, is likely to include ingots, semi-finished steel, hot rolled coil, cold rolled sheet, wire rods, bars, tube strip and alloy steel. The proportions will depend upon further contracts yet to be placed.
