§ Mr. J. Taylorasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he is aware that many of the town councils of small burghs in Scotland wish to arrange celebrations for the Coronation next year, but that their restricted rating powers and yield will hamper them in so doing; and if he will give them guidance in this matter, or authority to levy a special rate within reasonable limits for the purpose.
