§ 61. Mr. J. Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies to which political party headquarters official visits were made by the West African journalists who visited this country as his guests from 24th May to 21st June.
§ Mr. LytteltonThe party of West African journalists visited the Conservative Party Central Office headquarters by invitation extended to them by the Conservative Overseas Bureau after the journalists reached this country. An opportunity was given to the Labour Party headquarters to receive a similar visit. These invitations were not a part of the official programme arranged for the party.
