I have decided as an experiment to make regulations introducing unilateral waiting of vehicles on 31 lengths of street in the inner and outer areas of the Metropolitan Police District as soon as the necessary signs are ready. I propose to review the regulations when they have been in operation for six months. I am sending my hon. Friend a list of the streets concerned, details of which will be published.
