§ 122. Mr. Brooman-Whiteasked the Secretary of State for Scotland whether he has concluded his discussions with the local authorities on the question of the re-adjustment of the housing subsidies; and when he expects to be able to make a statement on this subject.
§ 124. Mr. Hoyasked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will now make a statement regarding the alteration of housing subsidies to meet the increased loan charges; and whether the local authorities will be compensated equally in the increased borrowing costs for roads, water, sewage, and other necessary local authority projects.
