§ Mr. J. StuartThe White Fish Authority have made no recommendations specially related to the fishing industry in Scotland. As regards the Authority's general proposals, I would refer the hon. and learned Member to the reply given by my right hon. and gallant Friend the Minister of Agriculture to the hon. Member for Pembroke (Mr. Donnelly), on 31st January.
