§ Mr. MaclayPublic service vehicles are required to carry, during the hours of darkness, two lamps each showing to the front a white light, and one lamp showing to the rear a red light. They must be kept in an efficient condition, and be visible from a reasonable distance. Headlights are not obligatory, but if fitted must be adjusted or be capable of being dipped so that a person standing more than 25 feet away is not dazzled.
