The figures do not include the following:
- (i) Loans raised on the London market by Colonial Governments, Municipal Authorities, Statutory Bodies, etc., in the course of normal financing operations.
- (ii) The amount of £17,133,085 issued in respect of Palestine and Trans-Jordan from 1945–46 to 1949–50.
- (iii) Advances made to the Overseas Food Corporation and advances by way of loan from the Consolidated Fund to the Colonial Development Corporation. These figures are available in the Annual Reports of the Corporations.
