§ 61. Mr. Dribergasked the Assistant Postmaster-General to reconsider his Department's policy on the redirection of letters to individuals and firms whose addresses have been changed, in view of the experience of New Process Welders Limited, a communication from whom has been forwarded to him; and if, in particular, he will see to it that letters from overseas to firms engaged in export trade are not returned to their senders marked "Gone Away" without previous notification to such firms that their letters can still be redirected on payment of an annual fee.
