§ 113. Mr. Rentonasked the Minister of Agriculture whether, in view of the fact that about 6,670 sheep were killed by dogs in 1951 and that the number killed in 1952 is not likely to have diminished and, in view of the discouragement which such killings cause to the increased production of mutton and wool, he will introduce legislation at an early date in order to make more effective laws in dealing with the matter.
