§ Miss HorsbrughThe equivalent of 114 full-time officers during the nine months up to the 1st October, 1952, the latest date for which I have information. A further 94 full-time officers would bring the service back to its 1948 level of 921, but an equivalent of over 1,000 additional dentists would still be needed to give a ratio of 1 to 3,000 children.
