HC Deb 04 December 1952 vol 508 c162W
Mr. P. Wells

asked the Minister of Agriculture to make compulsory the marking of all imported horticultural produce exposed for sale.

Sir T. Dugdale

I have received no applications for new marking orders in respect of horticultural produce but, should any be submitted, they will be considered in accordance with the procedure laid down in the Merchandise Marks Act, 1926.
