Johnsonasked the Assistant Postmaster-General whether he is aware that Brighton and district can immediately be given efficient television reception by the installation by private enterprise, without cost to the Government, of an amplifier on available land at The Dyke, Brighton; and whether the necessary licence will forthwith be granted so that the installation may be completed in time for the Coronation.
