§ Sir T. DugdaleThe price paid for this estate was £22,250. Up to 31st March, 1952, £16,338 were spent on repairs and £28,350 on improvements. The loss for the period of 14 months ending 31st March, 1951, on farming, including rehabilitation of the land, amounted to £4,592. The final farming accounts for the remainder of the period until the farm was let in February, 1952, are not yet available. The present annual rental is £1,782 15s. 0d.
