asked His Majesty's Government when the Report of the Departmental Committee appointed in January, 1950, to inquire into the law relating to the charitable trusts may be expected.

THE LORD PRESIDENT OF THE COUNCIL (LORD WOOLTON)

The Report of the Departmental Committee is still some way from completion and I cannot, therefore, give a date when it may be expected. Arrangements will, however, be made for its publication as soon as possible after its receipt by the Government.
