asked the Minister of Civil Aviation how many passengers left, in 1950, Scottish airports for Europe and the United States of America; and the number who left airports in England and Wales during that period.

In 1950, 6,075 passengers left Scottish airports for Europe and 5,620 for the United States of America; in the same year 403,472 passengers left airports in England and Wales for Europe, and 39,895 for the United States of America.
