§ Mr. R. A. ButlerI am advised that it is far from clear that the Ministerial Salaries Act, 1946, can be interpreted as the hon. Member suggests. But I can assure him that none of the Ministers concerned intends to ask for any salary or allowance as a Member of the House of Commons.
