§ 15. Mr. Kaberryasked the Minister of Transport if he will recommend highway authorities, in the interests of road safety, to replace or renew reflector studs in roadways as soon as necessity may require.
§ Mr. MaclayI am sure that highway authorities generally are fully alive to the value of reflector studs as an aid to safety but in this and other matters they cannot in present economic circumstances always maintain as high a standard as they would like. If my hon. Friend has any particular road in mind and will send me particulars I will make inquiries.
