§ Mr. F. WilleyThe cost of "Keeping in Touch" is on average £34 11s. 3d. an issue. The paper used for each issue amounts on average to 2.4 hundredweight. This leaflet is an economical way of keeping all the people engaged in the distribution of welfare foods, many of whom are voluntary helpers, informed of the activities and progress of the service.
