§ Sir H. ShawcrossThe researches to which the hon. Member refers are being conducted, not by the Board of Trade, but by the industries concerned. The use of materials made from ground-nut fibre is still at an early stage, and I should not care to express any view about the relative suitability of this and other fibres for particular purposes.
