§ Mr. StokesThe voices from the Chamber were transmitted from the loud speaker in the annunciator room through an open window and into the windows above. This loud speaker will not in future be used. Voices from the Committee Room to other rooms are being transmitted through the partitions of the rooms and measures to remedy this are being investigated.
