asked the Minister of Labour if he will adopt the practice of excluding from an employer's statutory quota of disabled persons those persons whose registrations have lapsed or have not been renewed on review for two years.

This would be contrary to Section 13 (6) of the Disabled Persons (Employment) Act, 1944.
