§ Mr. J. Hyndasked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will make a statement concerning the proposed development council for the cutlery industry.
Mr. H. WilsonI consider that a development council could be of great benefit to this industry, but I do not feel able at the present time to press this proposal on it.
