WilsonI have asked the paper industry to ensure supplies of wrappings where these are essential for protection or transport of foodstuffs, and, in particular, for the pre-packing of rationed foods. But, while the present shortage lasts, it may not be possible to supply all the shop wrappings which we should normally like to see used.
