asked the Minister of Agriculture if he will increase the validity of coupons for feedingstuffs for poultry and other livestock from two to four months, and ensure that this feedingstuff has a larger percentage of whole grain.

No. The present period of validity is the longest that is compatible with efficient distribution, storage and delivery of rationed feedingstuffs. As regards the second part of the Question, the percentage of whole grains in the rationing pool depends on the total supplies available.
