Mr. Osborneasked the Financial Secretary to the Treasury if his attention had been drawn to the report of the Master Printers' Federation, a copy of which has been sent to him, regarding the methods adopted by His Majesty's Stationery Office in fixing cost and credit rates; if he will make a statement on this subject; and when he proposes to make this report available to the Comptroller and Auditor General.
