§ Mr. BarnesApplicants for C carrier's licences are asked to give on Form Z/F/22a brief details of such items as the size, unladen weight and carrying capacity of their vehicles: but they are not obliged to do so. Originally devised for fuel 103W rationing purposes, its use is being continued because it provides a simple method of keeping an up-to-date record of the licensed vehicle fleet of the country.
