§ 103. Mr. T. Reidasked the Secretary of State for Commonwealth Relations what representations he has made to the Government of Ceylon in respect of exports of rubber to China.
§ Mr. Gordon-WalkerI have informed the Government of Ceylon of our decision to prohibit entirely exports of rubber to China. I have not heard if they have made any announcement about exports of rubber to China from Ceylon. Rubber is not, however, normally exported from Ceylon to China.
