§ Mr. McInnesasked the Secretary of State for Scotland what changes he proposes to make in his arrangements for keeping housing progress in Scotland under review.
Mr. McNeilI have appointed a Housing Progress Panel, whose task will be "to keep under review, in relation to 61W the building programme generally, all matters affecting the Scottish house building programme with a view to ensuring the best possible progress, having regard to the resources available, and to report from time to time."
