§ Mr. StokesI am satisfied that safety precautions being exercised by the Festival Gardens Company are adequate. The Company appointed a consulting engineer to advise them on these matters, and all rides were inspected and passed by him before they were opened. Further inspections are made at fortnightly intervals.
