Mr. Remnantasked the Minister of Local Government and Planning whether his attention has been called to the memorandum on rent restrictions and the repair problem, issued by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a copy of which has been sent him; and what steps he proposes to take to ensure that adequate repairs to rent controlled houses are and can be effected from the rents receivable.
