asked the Minister of Local Government and Planning when the hon. Member for Billericay may expect to have an answer to his letter of 16th April last concerning Mr. A. French, 14, High Road, Rayleigh.

As soon as the Rayleigh Urban District Council decide whether or not to give Mr. French a licence.
