§ Mr. Emrys Robertsasked the Minister of Agriculture why, in the Third Report of the Welsh Agricultural Land Sub-Commission, it is recorded that the Glanllyn Advisory Committee was asked for an expression of opinion as to the effects on the amenities of the Glannllyn estate of the proposed extension of the Trawsfynydd Range, but not stated what that opinion was; and whether he will state what the advice of the committee was.
Mr. T. WilliamsThe opinion of the advisory committee was invited so that it could be taken into account by the Welsh Agricultural Land Sub-Commission and my Department when they were consulted by the Ministry of Town and Country Planning. It would be inappropriate to publish advice given in such circumstances.
