Noel-BakerUnder the Electricity Act, 1947, each electricity consultative council consists of not less than 20 nor more than 30 persons, of whom not less than one-half or more than three-fifths shall be appointed to represent local authorities; the Merseyside and North Wales Consultative Council had 28 members at 30th November, 1950, and therefore had two possible vacancies; four of the present members are members, of rural district councils, the names of which are Aled, Dolgelly, Northwich and Oswestry.
