§ Mr. Hylton-Fosterasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will consider making provision to secure that when a local authority remove or propose to remove a foster child from his foster home, the local authority shall grant a hearing to the foster parent concerned.
§ Mr. EdeThe granting of such a hearing is a matter within the discretion of the local authority whose primary duty it is to act in the interests of the child concerned.
