110. Mr. Teeling

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he will give an assurance that steps are being taken in preparing the discussions on a Japanese Peace Treaty to ensure that such treaty will contain provisions adequately to safeguard the interest of British holders of Japanese External Government Bonds.
