§ 117. Mr. Bishopasked the Postmaster-General what progress has been made in reducing the waiting list for telephones on the Byron exchange which stood at 2,631 last May.
§ Mr. Ness EdwardsOn 31st December, 1950, there were 2,342 outstanding applications, including 558 now in course of being met. It is hoped that the waiting list will be further reduced during 1951.
