§ Mr. BevanThe total number of unemployed persons on the registers of employment exchanges in Cardiff at 15th January, 1951, was 3,005. The numbers of men and boys, included in this total, whose last employment was in the building industry, were as follow:
Carpenters 6 Bricklayers 11 Plasterers 5 Painters and Decorators 75 Plumbers and Glaziers 9 All other occupations in the building industry (mainly labourers) 114 220
