WilsonIt is always the aim of my Department to take all practicable measures, having regard to the national interest, to ensure that supplies of raw materials for which I am responsible are available to industry, but I regret that I cannot accept any liability for losses suffered by firms which are for any reason unable to obtain their essential raw materials.
